The MOSAIC ADVISORY GROUP Volunteer Intern

Commitment

Approximately five hours per week with full attendance on event days including setup and breakdown.

Professionalism

You will represent the Mosaic Advisory Group every time you walk in the door. Show up on time, follow through, and carry yourself with pride.

Confidentiality

You will have access to business information that is not public. What happens inside this organization stays inside this organization.

Integrity

How you handle money, how you treat people, and how you conduct yourself online all reflect on you and on this organization.

1. Complete Application

Fill out the volunteer application form in full. If you are under eighteen, a parent or guardian signature is required before we can move forward. A copy of a valid ID must also be submitted.

2. Submit Resume and Cover Letter

Include a resume listing your school involvement, activities, and any experience you have. Your cover letter should tell us who you are, why you want to be here, and what you hope to contribute.

3. Complete Interview

Every applicant goes through an interview. It is a conversation, not a test. Come prepared to talk about your work ethic, your goals, and how you think about professionalism online and in person.

Do I get paid for this internship?This is an unpaid volunteer position. There is no hourly wage or stipend. What you receive is documented professional experience, a resume credential, and a letter of recommendation available upon request.

Do I need experience to apply?No prior work experience is required. We are looking for someone who is ready to learn, show up consistently, and take their responsibilities seriously.

3. Question

Does my parent or guardian need to sign anything?Yes. If you are under eighteen, a parent or guardian signature is required on the application before we can move forward. All paperwork must be completed and signed before your first day.

4. Question

What do I need to submit to apply?You will need a completed application, a copy of a valid ID, a resume, and a cover letter. All applicants will also complete an interview as part of the process.
